Black Forest Fairytale

A timeless classic that conjures images of deep, dark forests and snow-capped treats. Our interpretation features layers of cocoa-rich, dark chocolate sponge that are delicately brushed and soaked in authentic Kirschwasser (cherry brandy) for traditional flavor and moisture. These layers are then filled with generous amounts of light, fluffy fresh whipped cream and a slightly tart dark cherry filling. The entire cake is coated in more cream and dramatically finished with a mountain of dark chocolate shavings and bright, whole maraschino cherries.
